The operation of the excursions is subject to the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
Anyone purchasing a Blue Dream excursion thereby accepts our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The company accepts no liability for any consequences resulting from failure to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without prejudice to any damages that we may claim as a result of such non-compliance. In the event of a dispute or claim, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
It is preferable to book as early as possible due to tourist demand and the limited number of places available.
Bookings are free of charge and are accepted by telephone, email, or through our Referrers and Partners.
Bookings are confirmed only after availability has been checked.
A minimum deposit of 30% of the total price of the service is required.
Full payment is required before boarding.
The company accepts payment in cash, by bank card, cheque and ANCV holiday vouchers. No change will be given on holiday vouchers.
Pregnant women and anyone with a physical condition are asked to inform us at the time of booking.
By making a booking, the customer agrees to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Except for private charters, the minimum number of participants is 12 passengers.
Blue Dream Croisières reserves the right to agree with you on a different excursion date if necessary due to an insufficient number of participants.
Blue Dream, Referrer and Partner vouchers must be presented at boarding.
Gift voucher:
Please present it when boarding. Its code or number is required in order to use it.
The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
It is non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
If it is lost or stolen, no replacement will be provided.
The gift voucher may not be combined with other vouchers and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
It is valid for 1 year from the date indicated.
You must contact us to make a booking and check our availability.
The descriptions of services presented on www.bluedream-croisieres.com, in brochures and on any other communication materials issued by the company specify, for each service, what is included in the price, expressed in euros and inclusive of all taxes. The website and any other communication materials published by the company do not constitute contractual documents. The information provided is for guidance only. Programmes and prices may be subject to change.
The company reserves the right to change its prices at any time depending on economic circumstances, including fuel costs, or changes in taxes such as VAT, other taxes or environmental taxes relating to protected natural sites.
The meeting time is 8:00 a.m. at the Village de la Poterie pontoon in Trois-Îlets.
It is strongly recommended that you park in front of the SAX.
Return is scheduled for approximately 5:00 p.m.
Passengers must arrive for boarding 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
All passengers must pay the outstanding balance of their booking before being allowed on board.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The Captain reserves the right to refuse boarding to anyone whose behaviour could endanger the safety of passengers or disrupt the proper conduct of the cruise, including intoxication or disruptive behaviour.
During boarding and disembarkation, each passenger must follow the crew’s instructions and comply with all safety requirements.
Once the vessel has departed, no claims will be accepted regarding either the applicable fare or the route taken.
Cancellation by the customer:
If cancellation of the booking is notified at least 72 hours before the excursion date, the deposit or full payment will be refunded in full.
Any modification must be notified 3 days (72 hours) before the excursion date. After this deadline, the deposit is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
A reduction in the number of passengers may result in changes to the pricing conditions agreed upon at the time of the original booking.
In the event of a change in the expected number of passengers, the absence of one or more passengers or the inability to accommodate additional passengers shall not constitute grounds for cancellation of the booking attributable to the company.
Passengers must arrive at the scheduled boarding time. No refund may be claimed in the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes after the scheduled meeting time.
Any absence not supported by a medical certificate remains payable.
We will always endeavour to find a solution together that meets your needs.
Cancellation by the company:
If an excursion is cancelled due to weather, technical, nautical or other conditions, passengers may receive a full refund without any deduction, excluding any claim for damages. Alternatively, the customer may reschedule the excursion to another date, subject to availability at the sales point.
Schedules are determined by the company.
Weather forecasting is not an exact science.
The company reserves the right to modify routes, activities and schedules or to cancel services if the vessel’s departure is affected by an exceptional event, force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or any other cause, such as weather conditions or mechanical failure.
The company will make every effort to inform passengers of any changes as soon as it becomes aware of them.
Only the Captain is authorised to assess navigation conditions and may cancel a maritime service.
The crew reserves the right to modify the route and schedule in accordance with good seamanship.
Passengers boarding the vessel agree in all circumstances to comply with the vessel’s onboard regulations established by the company, which are available on board, and to follow the crew’s instructions.
Your shoes will be collected when boarding and returned to you at the end of the excursion.
You may keep your shoes with you, but you must not wear them on board. Only water shoes are permitted.
During the excursion, we recommend bringing your snorkelling equipment (masks, snorkels, fins, etc.), flotation noodles or swimming vests, swimsuit, towel and sunscreen, and above all wearing appropriate sun protection such as hats and sunglasses. Tanning oil is prohibited on board.
Swimming during stopovers is permitted under your own responsibility.
Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health. Please drink responsibly.
For your safety and the proper conduct of the excursion, the crew may exceptionally restrict access to alcohol.
During navigation, passengers are requested and advised to remain seated. If you choose to move around the vessel, you do so under your own responsibility.
The company is subject to French regulations relating to NUC vessels (commercial-use vessels). The vessel holds a navigation permit certifying its compliance with technical safety standards applicable to passenger vessels, including stability, buoyancy, structural integrity, fire prevention and firefighting, life-saving equipment, drainage and evacuation.
The crew holds valid professional maritime navigation qualifications.
Special insurance covers all passengers. Passengers are nevertheless required to comply with the safety instructions and onboard regulations applicable on the vessel.
The company reserves the right to cancel or modify a service for safety reasons.
Transport associated with the excursions is governed by the French laws of 18 June 1966, 3 January 1967 and 23 December 1986, together with the related implementing decrees. The carrier may not be held liable for changes to routes or schedules, or for cancelled departures resulting from force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or other causes.
The vessel is covered by pleasure craft insurance.
The company is not responsible for items brought on board or for damage to property and personal belongings, including jewellery, precious metals, personal papers and documents, audio or image recording equipment, mobile phones, glasses, clothing and hand luggage.
In the event of theft, loss or damage to such items, no compensation, refund or indemnity will be provided.
Lost property that is found will be made available for collection at the kiosk in the Village de la Poterie.
The company makes every effort to provide photographs and illustrations giving you an overview of the selected services.
Photography is permitted during the excursion, but images may not be used for commercial purposes without the consent of Blue Dream.
These General Terms and Conditions, and more generally the contract entered into with the company, are governed by French law.
Any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or performance shall fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
