Akismet
We collect information about visitors who leave comments on websites using Akismet, our anti-spam service. The information collected depends on the Akismet settings configured by the website user and generally includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer and site URL, as well as other information provided directly by the commenter, such as their name, username, email address and comment.
Statistics and audience measurement
The website uses the external service Google Analytics to generate website statistics. Measurements are anonymised by masking your IP address. Google Analytics cookies are only placed on your device if you give your consent.

Logs relating to website security are retained for 14 days.
Google Analytics:
The data retention period is 14 months from the date of the last use. The retention period for the user identifier is reset each time the user triggers a new event. In other words, the expiry date corresponds to the date of the event plus the applicable retention period.
For example, if data is intended to be retained for 14 months but a user starts a new session every month, that user’s identifier is refreshed every month and therefore never reaches the 14-month expiry date.
If the user does not start a new session before the end of the retention period, their data is deleted.
